Combine the images with layer masks.

Apply levels and saturate, duplicate layer, use Find Edges filter, desaturate, use levels to fine-tune, apply a layer mask then paint back some of the original photo.

Create an Apple-style reflection.

Create a duplicate layer, mask out the all color except on the petals, then desaturate.

Same as above, but adjust hue of the flower, and add a black to transparent gradient at the bottom.

Duplicate the layer, apply a motion blur, add a layer mask, and paint out some of the blur to restore some of the original skater.
